This event comes the week before our Resident Artist Exhibition. This year the exhibition is entitled "AU: Exchange" Cortney Lane Stell, curator of the exhibition will symbolically transform RedLine through artist’s creative engagement with gold.

This invitation-only, hosted by the Kauffman Foundation conference will attempt to identify finance principles and approaches, which would enable a mature economy like the U.S. to overcome entrenched obstacles to investing in youth human capital in ways sufficient to assure future workforce competitiveness and fiscal sustainability. On Saturday, Oct. 23, Mayor John Hickenlooper joins hundreds of Denverites in this affair to celebrate RedLine’s studio artists, community programs and education outreach to help form this city’s future. RedLine, celebrating its second anniversary this fall, is a center for contemporary art that combines an artist residency program with project-based community engagement in the arts. The gala will raise money and memberships to keep RedLine vibrant and its programs effective within the Denver community.
