The mission of Merage Early Learning Ventures is universal access to high quality early care and education (ECE). This initiative confronts the challenges in the ECE sector by leveraging the organizational capacity of the David and Laura Merage Foundation to develop innovative collaborative partnerships -- accelerating quality improvements, increasing operational effectiveness, and supporting a momentum for broader industry reform.
