Access to High-Quality Care and Education

Early Learning Ventures (ELV), founded by the David and Laura Merage Foundation, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access to quality, affordable child care. The organization focuses its efforts on improving the quality of child care programs offered at center and family child care homes across Colorado, many of which are small, independent businesses that lack the infrastructure and resources to invest in quality improvements.

Child Care Management System

Our child care management system, Alliance CORE, saves you time and money allowing you to focus on the reason you got into the child care business in the first place, caring for and educating children. CORE will help you with record keeping, tracking attendance, maintaining child care licensing compliance, enrollment management, tuition invoicing, payment tracking, and more.

Early Head Start Quality Child Care Partnerships

This unique program is made possible by Early Head Start Child Care Partnership (EHS–CCP) grants. Through these grant-funded programs, ELV supports vulnerable children and families in under-served areas across Colorado.
